For all levels, proposing variation of the poses for every necessity. Basic Yoga notions are required.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Designed for beginners, students who try yoga for the first time or students who want to deepen their notions about alignments in the postures.
These are more challenging classes, more dynamic and they require a deeper familiarity with Yoga practice.
These are more challenging classes than other kind of classes, where the postures are woven into Sun Salutations, like a choreography.
The therapeutical yoga classes are less challenging and have a therapeutical approach.
If Yoga is completely new for you or if you prefer individual classes, this might be an option. There is also the possibility to form a group outside the established schedule. Classes can be held at the studio or alternatively at other locations.
PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES
In these classes the aim is to connect with the body and the incredible transformations during pregnancy.
MUM AND BABY CLASSES
It’s great to get back in shape along with your baby, with poses adapted to this new stage. At the end of each class, we share doubts, fears or other issues.
CLASSES FOR MENOPAUSE
Yoga is a powerful tool to connect with our body and our physical, mental and emotional necessities.
CLASSES FOR KIDS
Engaging clases where kids become aware of their body, their breath and their emotions.
CLASSES FOR ADOLESCENTS
The goal of these yoga classes is to offer support during these times of change and growth, to use the asanas as a way of getting to know oneself.
CLASSES FOR FAMILIES
These workshops are an invitation to enjoy, feel and share within the family and community.
YOGA AND COOKING WORKSHOPS
Monthly workshop kicking off with a longer and more intense Yoga class, getting deeper into the postures. After that we move to the kitchen to continue taking care of ourselves.
MUSICAL YOGA BIRTHDAY PARTY
This birthday party has no flashing lights, no loudspeakers and no headaches.
YOGA FOR NEWCOMERS
Monthly class to become familiar with basic Yoga concepts, alignment, breathing and relaxing. The date will be published in the web site.
PRE-YOGA MUSIC and MOVEMENT PLAYGROUP
For babies and toddlers 5 months and up. In a specially prepared environment babies play and participate in activities that help develop both their body awareness and their English language development. We incorporate simple, conscientious movements as well as yoga postures (dependant on the ages of participants) calling out body parts and actions in English. Violin music (performed live) guides the movements and creates the unique atmosphere of this playgroup. To close each session, we will sit together and enjoy songs where the babies, together with their care- givers, participate with simple movements, rhythms and melodies.
