MUM AND BABY YOGA CLASSES
It’s great to get back in shape along with your baby, with poses adapted to this new stage.
At the end of each class, we share doubts, fears or other issues that arise during this delicate phase of recent motherhood.
Every two weeks Kate Regan (ViolinKate) will play the violin during the last 10 minutes of the class to invite moms and babies to relax.
We work in small groups with max. 8 students with a personalized attention to each student.
